Clayton's Birthday Party!

Ethan went to a friend's birthday party and loved playing on the slide that they had in their playroom. It was hard for him to grasp the fact that you don't go up the slide, but once he got a hang of it...he loved it!!

Austin, TX

I went to Austin for the past couple of days to visit my sister who is attending UT. We had fun and did ALOT of good eating while I was there. I'm sure I gained at least 10 pounds!!

We started out at the Oasis. It's a restaurant on Lake Travis. It has a really cool atmosphere! We got fajitas and pina coladas...so good!

Then we went on to the Hula Hut. It has a Hawaiian theme to it. It is located on Lake Austin! We got Hawaiian fajitas and pina coladas also...even better!! I always have to eat at Hula Hut when I go to Austin.





We ended our eating adventure at a place called Juan in a Million. It was a whole in the wall located in the middle of neighborhood. They are known for their breakfast tacos! We got there around 9:30 and there was already a wait!!






I highly recommend eating at these restaurants if you are ever in the Austin area. They are worth the time and the wait!!

Ethan's new cousin came over to visit us. He is only a little over a month old. Ethan was very interested in him and also was very careful around him. He enjoyed having him over to play!







Ethan loves to entertain us! He loves to put a red bucket on his head as a hat and walk around. He only ran into two walls!! He's talented!






He also likes to talk on the phone!





He loves to do much more, but that's just a preview of some of his talents!! :)

Welcome to our Blog

Well...here it goes! We have made the decision to join the rest of the world in blogging! We hope to do a good job of displaying our lives with you! If you followed Ethan's website we are no longer going to be updating it so you can now follow Ethan on this blog.

Ethan and I are really enjoying our summer so far. We have played a ton! Ethan loves getting in the water and playing in his baby pools. He also started Mother's Day Out this week. He did pretty good considering the fact that he has never been left with anyone he doesn't know. He will be going 2 days a week for the remainder of the summer!







Aaron has been building a deck in the backyard for us to enjoy especially this summer! He is almost done. He has to put up the handrails and then it will be complete!







I have started my masters program through Concordia University. I am almost done with my first class. It has gone by so fast!
