Temple, TX - day 2

The second day of Temple, TX was actually spent in Austin, TX.  We got up that morning and headed down to Austin and enjoyed their Children's Museum.  Ethan got to play with a ton of stuff and built some pretty cool things.  We ended our Austin trip at Hula Hut for lunch.  My favorite restaurant in the city!  It was yummy!

This was the biggest chair I have ever seen!

Ethan was charting his age and height on the board.

Ethan built an object to roll down the ramp.  You could adjust the ramp height according to your build object.

Lillian was building her object too!

This was PVC pipes that play different notes.  You can play songs from the book in front of you.  He played the Happy Birthday song!

In this area, you took golf balls and played different games with them.  They had different ramps and inclines for each game.  It was really cool!

Then it was story time!!

Ethan was making us lunch!

He made us pizza!

This was the garden area!

Lillian is watering the garden!

Ethan in the grocery store!

Ethan in the Pet Clinic.  You could push the buttons and hear different heart beats.  If you look close, the human heart beats at 72, the rabbit beats at 220, and the blue whale beats at 20 beats per minute.  That's crazy!!

That concluded day two of Temple, TX even though it was spent in Austin, TX.
